1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kkb3 ("kkb3", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://kkb3.io ("Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any kkb3 service in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account by contacting support. Continued use of kkb3 after any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the kkb3 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, consisting of real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds held separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, or matched deposit credit awarded by kkb3 under a specific promotional offer.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the functional currency of the Platform.

3 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an account on kkb3. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. kkb3 takes its age verification obligations seriously and will request documentary proof of age — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — before processing any withdrawal or at any other time at our sole discretion.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is designed for and primarily directed at players residing in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using kkb3 is lawful in your jurisdiction. kkb3 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular location outside Bangladesh.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on kkb3. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are obliged to update your account information promptly if any details change. kkb3 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

4 Account Management

4.1 Security of Credentials. You are solely responsible for keeping your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kkb3 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kkb3 support immediately at [email protected]. kkb3 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending investigation.

4.3 Account Closure by Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting kkb3 support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4.4 Account Closure by kkb3. kkb3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity has occurred; (c) the account is being used in a manner that poses a risk to kkb3, its systems, or other players; or (d) it is required for regulatory or legal compliance purposes.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. kkb3 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, not exceeding ৳200 per month, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Real-money balances will never be reduced to below ৳0 by dormancy fees.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kkb3 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved payment channels listed in the cashier section of your account. Accepted methods may change from time to time at kkb3's discretion.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum single withdrawal limits and daily limits are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method and account tier.

5.3 Currency. All account balances, transactions, and game stakes are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). kkb3 does not accept deposits in foreign currency. Any transaction initiated in a foreign currency will be declined.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of identity verification. kkb3 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a rolling 7-day period, which may extend processing time.

5.5 Withdrawal to Original Method. Withdrawals must, in the first instance, be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. kkb3 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to a new payment method.

5.6 Transaction Fees. kkb3 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are beyond kkb3's control.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spin awards, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits offered by kkb3 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100%, while live casino table games, sports bets, and certain other games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. 6.4 Bonus Abuse. kkb3 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk hedging bets designed to exhaust wagering requirements without genuine play; exploiting promotional errors; and colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account permanently closed.

6.5 kkb3's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions. kkb3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, any bonus funds already credited will remain valid under the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.

7 Game Rules and Betting

7.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on the kkb3 Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. kkb3 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Sports Betting Markets. Odds for all sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), rugby, football, and kabaddi — are set by kkb3's trading team and may be updated at any time prior to an event commencing. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the quoted odds are locked for that wager.

7.3 Void Bets. kkb3 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement; (b) there was an obvious error in the quoted odds; (c) the match or event was abandoned, postponed, or otherwise did not reach its natural conclusion per the applicable sport's governing body rules.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet or spin are displayed within each game or betting market. kkb3 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any account at its discretion.

7.5 Disconnection Policy. If a player's connection is interrupted during a live game round or in-play bet, kkb3's server-side records will determine the outcome of the round. Results recorded on kkb3's servers are final and binding. kkb3 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkb3 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any coordinated strategy with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Match-fixing or placing bets on sporting events where the outcome has been or may have been manipulated;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kkb3 support staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches — any such discovery must be reported to [email protected] immediately;
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the kkb3 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of kkb3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. kkb3 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; use any kkb3 trademark or brand asset without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on Platform content.

9.3 Third-Party Game Content. Games provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) are the intellectual property of those respective studios. Your use of those games is also subject to those studios' end-user licence terms.

12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. 14 Governing Law and Disputes

14.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and kkb3 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
